Order Processing & Delivery Time
We Ship/ deliver Pan India. Once Order is placed by consumers end, it will take up to 2 days to dispatch. After Dispatching the orders from our end, orders will reach our customers within 3 – 5 working days..
We offer Free Shipping above Rs. 399 /- in Pan India on Prepaid Orders. Flat Shipping charges will be Rs. 50 /- on below Rs. 399 /- orders.
Refunds and RETURNS POLICY
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. However, we do offer replacements purely on a case-by-case basis and it is always our endeavor to help our customers to the best of our ability as the case may be. The genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) will be taken into consideration. The customer shall bring the same to our notice within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product(s). All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at care@aviraessential.com on the day of delivery, mentioned your order number and pics or unboxing video of damaged product. The amount will be refunded on your original payment method in 4-5 business days.
CANCELLATION POLICY
