Avira Essential products are 100% organic and handcrafted with purity and love. Our Ingredients sources are directly comes from farmers to maintain the purity. We believe transparency is very important part in skincare products, especially in the ingredients it contains. Consumers has full Right to know, what they are using. So, We fully disclose all our ingredients on our website and product labels.

Our all products are toxic and harmful chemical free and completely safe to use but as per studies and researches, it’s recommended to use essential oil free and avoid some natural substances products during pregnancy (for the first 3 months especially) and for new born baby till 2 years. So, we suggest, you can use our handmade cold pressed soaps for facewash & bathing, Organic Powders & Hair Colors and Dead Sea mud face mask, which are Essential Oils free.

Yes, it may happen as we are making handmade products and we sometimes make changes to improve the quality and texture of the product. Color can be varied as per the weather or season and we assured you that we don’t compromise with the quality of products.

  • We suggest always check full ingredients list when you purchasing a product, if a brand hiding or not sharing full ingredients list then it might be doubtful that brand is selling organic products, you should avoid them. For better understanding, you can see below table of commonly used ingredients.

We suggest that always make a purchase from brand’s own official websites, so there is no 3rd party or online platform involvement and you will always get fresh and genuine products. When you will directly purchase from the brands, it’s called D2C (Direct to Consumer).

Out of stock items should be made available and restocked within 7 working days or sometimes more. You are allowed to reserve out of stock items for when they are restocked, just inform us through mail or WhatsApp.

All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at care@aviraessential.com within 48 hours of receiving the product (after which the product is not liable for exchange). Don’t forget to attach your order invoice and a picture or unboxing video of the damaged product.
